How connecting works
Start from Get started, pick your nonprofit, and enter your store's web address. WordPress asks you to approve the connection, and from that moment your orders report in automatically - refunds included, so your total always reflects what actually sold.
There is no plugin to install and no theme change. WooCommerce's own store connection does all the work, whatever your checkout looks like.
The month, end to end
Your dashboard totals the round-up as orders come in. At the end of the month you get one statement, pay your nonprofit directly, and the money never routes through us.
Common questions
Do I need to install a plugin?
Not for the round-up pledge. You approve the connection from your WordPress admin and orders start counting. The customer-pays ask, when it arrives, will ship as a plugin.
Which payment gateways does it work with?
All of them. We count orders from your store itself, so it does not matter how the customer paid.
What do my customers see?
Nothing changes at your checkout. The pledge is your donation, figured from your own orders, and your signage and site are how customers hear about it.
What about refunds?
Refund an order and its donation is reversed automatically.
